Do more than just your job

The company actually needs people to do more than just their job. Historically this is how things strived to be great.

When I ride my bike to and from the office, sometimes there is stuff in the bike lane. A stick, boxes, a ride share bike knocked over.

When I see that, I park and get off my bike and move that shit.

I don’t need to do that. I already passed it, it’s in my rear view.

I do it because it’s my bike lane.

This is my company.
These are my people.
These are my games.

These are your games too.
